White. And blue-franc (kékfrankos). The nose reminds one of a light, airy rosé, but it could pass for a fresh Riesling perfumed with cherries. A sip of it creates a twisting sensation; you can taste fresh, crunchy raspberries, peaches and white mulberries, with a hint of creaminess. From fresh cherries to exotic fruits, it boasts a wide range of flavours and aromas. It’s a clean, nice, flattering wine. It has energy, purity, elegance and finesse. All the hallmarks of a true blue franc.
Manual cluster selection. The coloured must is immediately removed from the press and settled in a stainless steel tank for cold fermentation. After that, we arrive at an almost perfect white wine, whose slight pinkness is corrected with proper clarification, so the end result is a unique blue franc white wine.
