Manual cluster selection. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks using reductive technology. Each batch is matured separately, the best ones are selected and blended. In general, ageing in oak barrels lasts for 12 months, but in the case of Cabernet Franc it can take up to 14 months.
A definite Szekszárd Cuvée Cabernet with French dominance is the first to show in its fragrance. The palate reveals notes of berries and ripe raspberries, elegant oak, sweet spices and roasted flavours, while a pleasant tannic finish adds substance. It is strong and firm with fruit and spice flavours that linger. It has great potential. It will provide a lasting experience for years when served with food and kept in a cellar.
