Our Riesling undergoes spontaneous fermentation on the lees in 1,200-litre Hungarian “Kádár” barrels. It is then matured in a stainless steel tank. You will discover its characteristic notes of white flowers, such as acacia and peach, alongside lemon and other exotic fruits. It has a light smoky taste with a hint of petrol. Wines originating in volcanic soil exhibit captivating minerality, which adds an interesting dimension to their taste. This Riesling has excellent ageing potential, and its delicate herbal character is part of its delightful elegance.
