Its intense, perfumed scent captures the essence of the variety. It is a blend of honey, linden flowers and overripe fruits. It is an exciting variety extremely flattering to taste — perfumed and aromatic. In addition to the dried fruits, the honey and spicy flavours are exciting, and the oak aroma from barrel ageing is faintly detectable in the background. It has a long, juicy finish.
We harvested the golden-yellow bunches with a low yield, which provided a special sight towards the end of the ripening process. It is one of our most exciting varieties and produces a wine that is both special and easy to love.
